Agitatore movimento tridimensionale multi-funzione
Agitatore programmabile Multi Bio 3D realizza diversi tipi di movimento in un unico modulo. Questo tipo di strumenti Biosan consente fondamentalmente di avere un maggior numero di possibilità, aumenta l’efficienza della preparazione dei campioni per test e permette inoltre di selezionare il tipo di miscelazione secondo le esigenze individuali.
Il Multi Bio 3D è progettato per un’ampia varietà di applicazioni: reazioni di ibridazione, crescita cellulare, lavaggio del gel, estrazioni delicate e omogeneizzazioni di componenti biologici nelle soluzioni.
Il controllo tramite microprocessore consente di eseguire non solo
(1) una rotazione orbitale 3D della piattaforma, ma anche
(2) un movimento reciproco 3D motion (tipo ping–pong) nonché
(3) una delicata agitazione vibrante. Questi tre tipi di movimento possono essere eseguiti separatamente, a coppie e in cicli, con la ripetizione periodica della sequenza di tre tipi di movimento. L’agitatore è progettato per i laboratori con elevate esigenze di qualità per i processi di miscelazione, estrazione e crescita cellulare.
Il tappetino silicone antiscivolo resistente al calore situato sulla piattaforma dell’agitatore fornisce stabilità ai recipienti durante l'agitazione.
Il rotore programmabile può essere usato in celle frigorifere o incubatori, operando a temperatura ambiente compresa + 4°C a + 40°C. L’alimentatore esterno a bassa tensione (12 V) fornisce la sicurezza elettrica in ambiente umido.
Il tappeto ondulato opzionale PDM impedisce alle provette delle diverse dimensioni di rotolare all’interno della piattaforma.
