10.1 The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons (consumers) acting for purposes that are unrelated to their professional activity. Are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal, purchases made by retailers, including companies to buy and sell or import/export.

10.4 Obtained the authorisation to return the goods, within 15 calendar days, the consumer must provide at his own expense the goods to which it has exercised the right of withdrawal. Products must be returned intact, unused and in original packaging. Will not be withdrawn parcels cash or carriage forward.
10.5 Where the items on which it intends to perform the right of withdrawal had arrived incorrect, non-functioning or non-respondents as described by our website, also the costs of delivery at our premises will be borne by the BioScientifica Srl
