Agitatore multifunzione a rotazione verticale programmabile
Il rotatore programmabile Multi RS-60 esegue diversi tipi di movimento in un singolo modulo. Il controllo da parte di un microprocessore permette non solo la rotazione verticale (1) della piattaforma, ma anche la rotazione reciproca (2) nonché la vibrazione (3).
Questi tre tipi di movimento possono essere eseguiti separatamente, accoppiati e in cicli, con ripetizione periodica della sequenza dei tre tipi di movimento. L’opzione di rotazione multipla degli strumenti Biosan amplia considerevolmente le possibilità e migliora l’efficienza nella preparazione dei campioni per i materiali esaminati; permette inoltre la regolazione della procedura di miscelazione secondo le singole attività.
Il rotatore programmabile può essere usato per diverse applicazioni nei moderni laboratori di scienze biologiche: per le reazioni di ibridazione, la crescita cellulare, l’estrazione delicata e l’omogeneizzazione di componenti biologici in soluzione, nonché per reazioni di legame e per il lavaggio delle particelle magnetiche.
NUOVA FUNZIONE: Durante la modalità stop la piattaforma non effettua alcuna rotazione extra e si arresta su un piano orizzontale. Inoltre è possibile impostare il piano rispetto al quale la piattaforma oscilla orizzontalmente o verticalmente.
