Homogeneous, free flowing and beige. If any changes phisically, discard product.
Appearance ≥ Amber slight.opalesc.
pH (25°C) 6.8 – 7.2pH
Concentration of use 35 g/L
Preparation:
Dissolve 35 gr on 1 L with heat and boil for 1 min until complete dissolution.
Sterilize at 121°C for 15 min, cool to 45-50°C, mix well and dispense into plates.
Once opened avoid hydration
Storage temperature 2 °C – 25 °C
