Test Bowie-Dick

The test of Bowie-Dick is a technique to check periodically the proper functioning of an autoclave. This test allows to verify the capacity of air removal and steam penetration into the load that determines the efrficacia of the sterilization process.

The chemical indicator inside the pack ready disposable contains appropriate areas suitable for the establishment, by the operator, of the data relating to the test (date, operator, autoclave, result), which can then be stored, in accordance with the current regulations.

Conform to ISO 11140-1 (class 2) and tested according to ISO 11140-4
