The Intelli-Plate 24-4 (Art Robbins 102-0004-00) is a 24 well sitting drop plate for crystallization screening and optimization. It features 4 reagent wells along the y-axis (A-D) and 6 reagent wells along the x-axis (1-6). The reagent reservoir is typically filled with 250 µl and the maximum reservoir volume is 650 µl. The 4 drop wells are arranged at the top of each well and can hold up to 5 µl. The diameter across the top of each of the four individual sample drop wells is 0.104 inches. Plates are made of polystyrene.

The plates can be sealed using HR3-609 Crystal Clear Sealing Film (100 pack), HR4-506 Crystal Clear Sealing Tape (3 inch x 55 yard roll, without cutter) or HR4-521 ClearSeal Film (100 pack).

The height of the Intelli-Plate 24-4 is 0.560 inches.
