Colour of prepared medium with blood Cherry red
pH (25°C) 7.1 – 7.5
Concentration of use 40 g/l
Preparation:
Dissolve 40 gr in 1 L of water with heat and boil for 1 min until complete dissolution.
Sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes.
Once opened avoid hydration
